Description:
Teacher for the Visually Impaired - Extended School Year Position Schedule Details • Shift: 07:45 - 12:15 • Summer school schedule: Monday-Thursday • Duration: June 1st to June 25th • Mandatory training on May 27th for all ESY staff Position Overview • Itinerant role covering early childhood, elementary, up to high school • Location: Huntley, IL Required Qualifications • Illinois PEL with blind/visually impaired endorsement • Resume that reflects 1-2 years experience as a TVI Preferred Qualifications • Certification from Academy for Certification of Vision Rehabilitation and Education Professionals (ACVREP) or the Association for the Education and Rehabilitation of the Blind and Visually Impaired (AER)
