About the Role In this school-based role, you will:

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop solutions for academic and behavioral challenges
-
Participate in service team meetings and support the case study process
-
Observe students in instructional environments to identify intervention strategies and barriers to learning
-
Conduct cognitive assessments and document evaluation results as needed
-
Assist in developing and implementing Functional Behavioral Analyses (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
-
Serve as the Local Education Agency (LEA) representative for annual reviews, re-evaluations, and domain meetings (for middle school psychologists only)
-
Support IEP teams in setting goals and determining appropriate services
-
Collaborate with school teams to schedule meetings and manage student caseloads
-
Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
-
Perform other related duties as assigned by principals or administrative staff
What We're Looking For
Required:
-
Master’s Degree and/or Specialist Degree in School Psychology
-
Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsement
-
Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
-
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
-
Experience with student assessments, behavioral intervention, and IEP development
