As a member of our special education department, you will collaborate with staff, parents, and service providers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), while helping students reach their full academic and developmental potential.
We are urgently seeking three (3) Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) Teachers to support the launch of six new Pre-K and Kindergarten classrooms across the district. These high-priority positions offer an exciting opportunity to shape a growing early childhood special education program and make a lasting impact on young learners during their foundational years.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Provide specialized instruction in academic, behavioral, and life skills areas
- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and parents
- Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Create an inclusive and structured classroom environment
What We're Looking For:
- Must hold a valid California ECSE Credential (Early Childhood Special Education Authorization)
- ?Experience in preschool or early childhood special education strongly preferred
- Strong skills in classroom management, early intervention, collaboration, and communication
- Passion for working with young children and supporting their social-emotional, developmental, and academic growth
