Description:
Level II Registered Nurse - Telemetry Shift Details
- 3x12-hour shifts
- Day, Evening, and Night rotating shift schedules
- Every Other Weekend (EOW) required
- Holidays, On-Call, Callback, and Charge responsibilities per unit needs
- No straight shift schedules
- Through clinical practice, service excellence, professional development, and research and evidence-based practice, the Level II Registered Nurse, under the direction of the Nurse Manager, is accountable for provision of competent care based on established standards
- The Level II Registered Nurse assumes an expanded role, which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities
- Telemetry experience required
- Active RN License — New York (NY) licenses only accepted at this time
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience
- BLS certification — American Heart Association (AHA) only
