* Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 48 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. A 36 hour week is optional with a pay package to be determined.

Description:
OB Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery Shift Details
- 12-hour shifts
- 4 days per week
- All rotating shift schedules
- Provide direct care to antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients (high, moderate, and low risk)
- Work in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team in labor and delivery
- Candidates must demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to prioritize and problem solve in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to patient and family centered care
- In addition to the primary position on this unit, employees are oriented and trained to various competencies/modes of care and delivery across the OB service
- Floating among units in order to meet variable needs of volume and acuity is an ongoing expectation of all OB/GYN nurses
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in labor and delivery required
- OR and triage experience highly desired
- RN License - New York (NY) only
- BLS Certification - American Heart Association only
- Neonatal Resuscitation certification required
