Type of Position: Travel. You must live more than 50 miles outside of Rochester, NY to be considered for this position.

Neurological Unit - Registered Nurse Opportunity Position Overview
- Specialized neurological unit position offering an excellent opportunity to learn about various neurological diseases
- Utilize nursing and critical thinking skills in a dynamic healthcare environment
- Work with interdisciplinary team in fast-paced setting
- Care for patients with stroke, epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Guillain Barre Syndrome and more
- Joint Commission accredited Comprehensive Stroke Center
- Only Level 4 Epilepsy Monitor Unit in the region seeing acute and complex patients
- Level 4 Epilepsy Monitoring Unit with specialty team
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat seizures using state-of-the-art continuous video EEG technology
- Work closely with multidisciplinary team that values nurses' skills, talents, and compassion
- 3x12.0 shift structure
- Rotating shift schedules including D/E/N
- Weekends and holidays required
- On-call/callback responsibilities
- Charge per unit needs
- 48 hours straight time consideration
- RN License (NY License ONLY)
- Two (2) Years Experience
- Telemetry Experience Required
- BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
- NIHSS certification highly preferred
- Must commit to 9/15 start for 17 weeks, 1/10/2026 end
