Position Overview
Type of Position: Travel. You must live more than 50 miles outside of Rochester, NY to be considered for this position.
Description:
Level IV Cath Lab RN Schedule Options
- Preference for 36 hours/week
- 4x10 or 3x12 hour shifts (7am - 5:30pm; 7am - 7:30pm)
- Weekends/Holidays/On-Call/Callback/Charge per Unit Needs
- Inpatient and outpatient procedural labs focusing on mechanical and electrical diagnosis and intervention for cardiac patients for the upstate New York region
- 4 Cath labs and 3 EP labs care for adult and pediatric patients with a wide range of patient conditions
- Comprehensive program with pre and post procedural care holding area
- Rich practice model with RN staff with CVT collaboration focusing on excellent patient outcome and satisfaction
- 2 years Cath Lab Experience
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
- Moderate sedation trained
- Dysrhythmia
- Telemetry
- RN License (NY License ONLY)
- TAVR, Microclip, and Watchmen
- Experience in Right Heart and Left Heart Hemodynamics, Cardiac Interventions, CTO, PCI, Pericardiocentesis, Vascular Interventions, RotoPro, LVADs, AngioVac, FlowTriever
- Mechanical Circulatory Support Experience Required: ECMO, Impella, IABP, ProtekDuo and LVAD
- Structural Heart experience with TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman, CardioMEMS, PFO, ASD, VSD, Valvuloplasty and ASA
- Critical care or Cardiac Experience Required
- Cardiovascular certified or RCES preferred
- Familiar with Device and Ablation procedures and equipment
- EP Lab Experience
