This is a RN Travel position. You must live more than 30 miles from the facility to be considered for this position.

Description:
Registered Nurse - Night Shift Position Schedule Details
- 3x12 Night Shifts, 7pm-7am
- Every other weekend (EOW) rotation
- Holiday rotation required
- 2 on-call shifts per 4 weeks
- Must be available to work through the holiday season
- Must be able to float between multiple hospital locations
- RN Nights (7pm - 7am) with EOW/Holiday rotations
- Must be cross trained for multi units (med/surg, ICU, ER)
- Must be comfortable floating to ICU/ER/MS/MST
- Requires BSN and critical care experience
- Currently licensed by NYS as a registered professional nurse
- BLS, ACLS, PALS required through AHA or the RQI system during clinical orientation
- NIHSS (AHA or RQI specifically)
- Basic Coronary Care within 6 months of hire
- CPI certification within 90 days of hire
- Certification by the Emergency Nurses Association recommended within 2 years of hire
- TNCC recommended within 2 years of hire
- NYS license, BSN
- Two years experience floating to med surg/icu/er
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to deal with people in a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills
- Computer literacy
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and electronic medical record
