13-Week Travel Contract | Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Bronx, NY
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
$2,280 Per Week -

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Occupational Therapist, you will:
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Establish measurable goals and adjust care plans as needed
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions
• Educate patients and families on functional independence and safety
• Document services in accordance with professional and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
This role is ideal for an OT who enjoys clinical problem-solving, multitasking, and delivering patient-centered care in an acute inpatient setting.
Qualifications
Education
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Licensure
• Active, unrestricted New York State Occupational Therapy license
• In good standing with all regulatory agencies
Experience
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Acute inpatient or hospital experience strongly preferred
Professional Strengths
• Strong working knowledge of Medicare and other payer sources
• Understanding of patient rights and regulatory standards
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Demonstrated commitment to exceptional patient care
• Professional presentation and excellent customer service skills
• Team-oriented mindset with proactive communication style
