Description:
LPN Position - Long Term Care Facility Shift Details • 3x12.0 hour shifts • Day/Evening/Night positions available • Local candidates accepted Position Overview • RN for 20 residents, 8-10 per LPN and 4-6 per CNA • Residents will be geriatric long term care with wound care but no trachs • No acute care needs will be in the facility Job Description • Opportunity to provide care for older adults in a long term care environment • Duties include direct patient care including medication administration and oversight of CNA colleagues • Must have good critical thinking skills and ability to work independently while providing care with dignity and respect Required Qualifications • At least 2 years experience in long term care setting • NYS LPN license • BLS from AHA required Job Requirements • BLS (American Heart Association Only) • 2 years experience of Long Term Care Experience Required Skills • LPN License (NY License ONLY) • BLS (American Heart Association ONLY) • Two (2) Years' Experience - 2 Years
