Medical Assistant - Pediatric Primary Care (Temp-to-Perm) Program
- Local Contract Allied Health
- Temp-to-Perm opportunity — candidates must be interested in permanent placement
- Primary Location: Limerick, PA
- Secondary Location (as needed): Phoenixville, PA
- Candidates must be able to commute to both locations within 30 minutes or less
- Week 1 (Training): 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Week 2 and ongoing: Rotating schedule with a requirement to work one evening until 7:00 PM per week — either Monday or Tuesday
- One Saturday shift per month, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, at the Phoenixville location
Rotation 1:
- Monday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Rotation 2:
- Monday: 8:30 AM - 5:00/6:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Thursday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:00/5:00 PM
- Room patients
- Patient calls
- Booking appointments
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- EPIC experience is a plus
- In-person interview at either the Limerick or Phoenixville location
- Compliance documentation is due the Wednesday before the start date
- Candidates must be ready to begin the compliance process immediately upon accepting the position
- Medicals and drug screens must be started within 72 hours of accepting the offer
- Failure to begin compliance requirements within 72 hours may result in contract cancellation
- Candidates must be able to commute to both practice locations within 30 minutes
- Candidates must be available to work Monday or Tuesday evening until 7:00 PM
- Candidate must bring their own stethoscope if hired
