Location: New York, NY
Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 per year

As the new Assistant Director of Nursing, you'll find a culture where you are encouraged and empowered to excel. You’ll work in an environment that is both challenging and deeply rewarding, with numerous paths for personal and professional development.
In this key leadership role, you will support the Director of Nursing Services in managing and improving our quality of care. You will:
  • Conduct wound and skin rounds weekly.
  • Oversee nursing staff communication and compliance.
  • Meet the medical needs of our residents.
  • Serve as the on-call nurse (24-hour rotation).
  • Coordinate total nursing care planning and oversee staffing.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
  • Support staff recruitment and orientation.
  • Promote infection control and assist staff education.
What You Bring
  • RN License: Active license in New York State.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in a long-term care setting and 2 years in management (preferred).
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and a commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care.
