Your Role as a School Social Worker - Provide direct support and interventions for students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Conduct assessments and develop plans to address individual student concerns
- Participate in IEP, 504, and MTSS meetings
- Facilitate crisis response and provide short-term counseling and referrals
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s Degree in Social Work
- Valid Illinois Social Worker License
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
