Your Role as a School Physical Therapist
- Provide physical therapy services to students across a range of grade levels based on assignment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals in coordination with IEP teams
- Conduct evaluations and document progress in accordance with district and state standards
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student mobility and access
- Promote safe, inclusive learning environments for students with physical challenges
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of MA
- Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- A commitment to student-centered care and functional outcomes
