As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a pivotal role in the health and well-being of the residents. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing nutritional assessments and creating personalized care plans in collaboration with medical teams.
- Addressing dietary needs with a focus on weight management and skin health.
- Managing nutritional supplies and ensuring meal services meet resident requirements.
- Providing nutrition education to residents, families, and staff.
- Maintaining up-to-date diet orders and menus using menu management software.
- Conducting audits and working closely with interdisciplinary teams to uphold high care standards.
We’re looking for an exceptional candidate with:
- A degree in Nutrition or Dietetics and current Registered Dietitian certification.
- Supervisory experience in healthcare or similar settings.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations and experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
