Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 Annual Salary

As the RN Unit Manager, you will:
- Maintain nursing guidelines by developing and updating policies and procedures.
- Oversee resident care by scheduling and assigning nursing staff effectively.
- Foster a compassionate environment, providing support to residents and their families.
- Serve as a resource, providing vital information to residents and the healthcare team.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment for staff and residents alike.
- Protect resident confidentiality by carefully managing information processing.
- Document resident care services accurately and timely.
- Maintain nursing supplies inventory to ensure efficient operations.
- Cultivate strong, cooperative relationships among healthcare teams.
- Develop individualized comprehensive care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
- Supervise nursing staff and maintain the overall facility environment.
- Valid New York State RN License: Required to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience: Long-term care experience is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills to manage documentation and care plans.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members.
