As a Med-Surg Float RN, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a variety of units, gaining valuable experience and expanding your skills across different specialties. Your responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality patient care with an emphasis on service excellence.
- Collaborating with a skilled team of nurses, doctors, and healthcare professionals.
- Taking on an expanded role, which may include charge nurse duties, preceptorship, or committee membership, depending on unit needs.
What We’re Looking for:
We’re seeking an experienced RN who brings the following qualifications:
- Required Experience:
- Telemetry experience (must be comfortable working with heart rhythms and monitoring patients’ cardiac health).
- A minimum of two years of experience as an RN in a Med-Surg or similar setting.
- Active RN License for New York State (must hold NY license).
- Certifications:
- BLS & ACLS (AHA ONLY) certifications required. Why Rochester?
