- Flexible Schedule: Work 36 hours per week with 3-12 hour shifts, and every other weekend off.

- Diverse ICU Experience: Get exposure to multiple ICU specialties, including MICU, SICU, Respiratory Special Care, and Surgical Progressive Care, broadening your skills and knowledge.
As an ICU Float Registered Nurse, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a variety of specialized care units and be a key part of a supportive, high-functioning team. You’ll be responsible for:
- Critical Care Excellence: Providing exceptional care to patients in need of intensive care, with the opportunity to work across multiple ICU specialties based on staffing needs.
- Critical Thinking & Communication: Utilizing your strong critical thinking skills, communicating effectively with patients and teams, and staying up-to-date on the latest critical care practices.
- Collaborating with Teams: Working alongside multidisciplinary teams to provide the best care for patients and contribute to unit-wide goals.
- Required Qualifications:
- RN License (New York State ONLY)
- At least 2 years of ICU acute care experience
- BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
- ACLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
