Position Details
We’re seeking a confident and capable OR RN with strong circulating experience across multiple service lines. You’ll play a key role in a fast-paced, community-oriented surgical environment where adaptability and teamwork are essential.
Schedule:
- 36 hours/week (Mon-Fri, 4x9s)
- On-Call: 1 weekday per week + 3 weekends per 4-week period
Start times range from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM; end times range from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM depending on the day.
Preferred Experience
Must have recent circulating experience in the following areas:
- Orthopedics (including total joints, trauma, arthroscopies)
- General Surgery (laparoscopic and open procedures)
- Urology (familiarity with litho laser use)
- ENT (pediatrics: PE Tubes, T&As, FESS)
- Spine (ACDF, lumbar fusions, discectomies)
- GI (colonoscopies, EGDs)
- Ophthalmology (cataracts using microscope/phaco)
- Podiatry (sports medicine, endoscopic procedures)
Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (AHA or RQI) + Stroke certification
Float Requirement: Must be willing to float to other facilities as needed.
Ideal Background: Previous experience in small community hospitals is a plus, especially those familiar with taking on-call independently.
