What is Offered:
- Competitive Salary: $210,000-$240,000 based on your experience and credentials.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Location: Ridgewood (Queens), NY

About You:
- Qualifications: Current, unrestricted New York medical license
- Experience: 1+ years with elderly or frail populations preferred
- Education: Completed residency in internal medicine or family practice
- Full-time, stable hours in a supportive, mission-driven environment
