About the Role
As a Physical Therapist at this prestigious healthcare facility, you’ll play an essential role in evaluating and providing patient care, delivering impactful treatments to help our patients achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement treatment plans, adjusting as necessary based on patient progress.
  • Document treatments and maintain accurate billing information daily.
  • Actively participate in team and family meetings to support comprehensive care.
  • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants as needed, ensuring quality care.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Current NY State Physical Therapist license.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements for patient assistance and care.
