What You’ll Do
  • Provide direct, hands-on therapy services to residents in collaboration with an Occupational Therapist
  • Contribute to personalized treatment plans, documenting patient progress and communicating improvements or concerns
  • Support and motivate residents as they work toward achieving functional independence and improved quality of life
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to share insights, strategies, and outcomes with a collaborative rehab team
  • Maintain confidentiality and support patient rights with compassion and respect

What You Bring to the Table
  • Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy and a current New York State license
  • Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or a similar setting is a plus!
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to patient safety and satisfaction
