About the Facility
- Ten state-of-the-art operating rooms
- 575 to 625 scheduled surgeries per month
- Specializing in orthopedic and spine procedures
- Uses Meditech Expanse electronic medical record
- Staff consistently report high job satisfaction
- Owned and led by physicians
- Reports directly to the Vice President of Nursing
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the surgical suite and OR staff
- Lead and mentor a collaborative team of OR nurses and techs
- Coordinate with anesthesia and other departments to ensure smooth workflows
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and clinical standards
- Manage staffing, resources, and scheduling to support safe and efficient surgeries

Qualifications
Required:
- Active Registered Nurse license in Wisconsin
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Minimum of 5 years in an operating room setting
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- BLS certification within 1 month of hire
- ACLS certification within 12 months of hire
- Competency in orthopedic and spine surgical procedures
- CNOR certification
- Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field
