You’ll work closely with a dynamic, multidisciplinary team including social work, therapy, and medical services, ensuring the highest standards of care are met. Your Impact:
- Lead and Inspire: You’ll manage a dedicated team of nursing professionals, guiding them to ensure excellent care and adherence to all regulatory standards.

- Lead nursing, social work, recreation therapy, and medical teams to ensure the highest quality of resident care.
- Supervise, evaluate, and support nursing staff, providing ongoing training and coaching.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on care plans, admissions, and discharge processes.
- Monitor and improve clinical and operational outcomes, ensuring adherence to all infection control and safety protocols.
- Support a positive dining experience and attend to resident needs with compassion and professionalism.
- A Registered Nurse (RN) with an AAS Nursing degree (BSN preferred) and a valid New York State RN license.
- 3-4 years of experience in Long-Term Care, with proficiency in MDS and PRI.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- BLS/CPR certification.
