About the Role:
As a Med Surg RN in our Long-Term Care facility, you’ll play a crucial role in providing care for older adults. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Direct patient care and assessments
  • Documentation and implementation of the nursing plan of care
  • Overseeing LPN and CNA colleagues
  • Medication administration
We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting, with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing compassionate care.
What You Need to Apply:
  • Telemetry Experience (required)
  • RN License (NY License ONLY)
  • 2 Years of Experience in Long-Term Care
  • BLS Certification from AHA (required)

Pay & Perks:
