- Crafting and maintaining accurate assessments, MDS, and care plans.
- Driving meaningful care plan activities and ensuring timely distribution of schedules.
- Auditing clinical records for accuracy and collaborating with the Director of Nursing on quality improvements.
- Upholding confidentiality and excellence in resident care.
