In this role, you will:
- Lead a compassionate team, supervising all nursing staff and ensuring high standards of resident care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of wellness.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and professional development of nursing staff.
- Ensure adequate staffing and support the ongoing skills development of your team.
- Manage employee conduct and stay informed of all incidents at the facility.
- Assess and address the health needs of residents, ensuring the best possible care.
- RN License: Current New York State RN license is required.
- Experience: At least 5 years in long-term care and a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Leadership: Proven supervisory and leadership skills to inspire and lead a dynamic team.
