As Director of Wellness, you will:
- Supervise all nursing staff, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to uphold our standards.
- Oversee recruitment, ongoing training, and professional development of nursing staff.
- Maintain sufficient staffing and ensure skills remain current.
- Monitor nursing conduct, address incidents, and assess residents’ health needs.
- Qualifications: Current RN license in New York state and a minimum of 5 years in long-term care.
- Experience: At least 2 years in a supervisory role, showcasing your leadership.
- Skills: Strong supervisory and leadership skills to inspire and guide your team.
