Exciting Opportunity for a CT Technologist in Rochester, NY – 13-Week Travel Assignment

Position Details:
  • Contract Duration: 13-week travel assignment (March 24, 2025 – June 21, 2025)
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week with 5 shifts per week- Weekday Evenings 
  • Location: Rochester, NY – A vibrant city with a rich culture, fantastic outdoor adventures, and an incredible food scene
  • Competitive Pay: $3,294 per week (or $82 per hour) + additional benefits

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Patient Care: You'll make a difference by ensuring patient safety and comfort during their CT scans. From confirming patient identity to explaining procedures, your compassionate care will make their experience seamless.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside physicians to provide top-notch diagnostic imaging and play a vital role in patient treatment.
  • Technical Expertise: Use your skills to insert IVs when needed, position patients safely, and maintain accurate patient records using EPIC. Ensure that all images are processed and sent to the PACS system.
  • Safety First: You'll keep the scanning facility clean and organized while adhering to strict protocols for safety.
What We're Looking For:
  • Required Experience:
  • Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Active ARRT Certification and NYS licensure (must be obtained prior to starting).
  • Minimum of two years of experience, including Level 1 Trauma Center experience.
  • BLS Certification (American Heart Association ONLY).
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • IV injection certification (or willingness to complete during orientation).
  • Experience with Philips and Siemens equipment is a plus!
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
