About the Role
In this position, you will work closely with the Director of Wellness to ensure the highest standards of care and wellness for our residents. Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting weekly wound and skin rounds.
  • Overseeing nursing staff communication, training, and compliance.
  • Coordinating comprehensive wellness planning for residents.
  • Serving as a key team member in nursing service planning and staff recruitment.
  • Providing infection control and regulatory oversight.
  • Flexibility to adjust to unexpected care needs, ensuring seamless resident support.
What You Bring
  • Current RN License: Active New York State RN license.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in long-term care, with 2 years of management experience (preferred).
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Dedication: A commitment to wellness, teamwork, and providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
