Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year

In this key leadership role, you will support the Director of Nursing Services in managing and improving our quality of care. You will:
- Conduct wound and skin rounds weekly.
- Oversee nursing staff communication and compliance.
- Meet the medical needs of our residents.
- Serve as the on-call nurse (24-hour rotation).
- Coordinate total nursing care planning and oversee staffing.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Support staff recruitment and orientation.
- Promote infection control and assist staff education.
- RN License: Active license in New York State.
- Experience: At least 3 years in a long-term care setting and 2 years in management (preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and a commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care.
