About the Role: As an Anesthesia Tech, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our patients receive the best possible care during their procedures. You’ll be working with a dedicated team to provide top-notch anesthesia support while developing your skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Assisting Anesthesia Providers: Prepare anesthesia equipment, place monitors, ensure all equipment is functional, and provide support with difficult intubations.
  • Working with Advanced Surgical Cases: Support cutting-edge procedures like cardiac, liver transplant, vascular, thoracic, and trauma surgeries. Operate specialized equipment and be part of life-saving cases.
  • Maintaining Equipment: Ensure anesthesia equipment is properly set up, calibrated, and ready for use. You’ll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting and maintaining the equipment to keep things running smoothly.
  • Training and Development: Support the development and implementation of in-service training programs, and help train other team members on the latest anesthesia technology and procedures.
Who We’re Looking For:
  • Required Qualifications:
  • BLS certification
  • Two years of experience as an Anesthesia Tech
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical training in anesthesia tech or a related field (college degree preferred)
  • Certification by the American Society of Anesthesia Technologists or a nationally recognized certifying body (a plus!) Additional Perks:
  • Backup shift supervisor responsibilities in case of absence
  • Involvement in specialized anesthesia care for out-of-OR procedures
