What You’ll Do
As an ENT Surgical Technician, you’ll be a vital part of the surgical team, directly supporting surgeons and nurses during procedures and ensuring that each patient receives safe, skillful care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing the OR and sterile fields for scheduled ENT surgeries
- Passing instruments, holding retractors, and assisting during surgery
- Maintaining surgical equipment and cleanliness of the OR
- Handling sterilization and instrument processing according to established protocols
- Participating in multi-specialty training to expand your capabilities
- Responding appropriately to changes in patient condition and communicating effectively with the care team
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience as a Surgical Technician in a hospital or surgery center setting
- Familiarity and confidence in working within ENT or related surgical specialties
- A detail-oriented, safety-conscious approach to sterile technique
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- A commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care across all ages (from 6 months to adult)
