Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Work closely with educators, paraprofessionals, and families to implement behavioral strategies
- Provide direct and consultative support to students and staff
- Monitor student progress and make data-driven adjustments to plans
- Help create a positive, supportive learning environment for all students
Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification
- Minimum of one year of experience working in a school setting
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to helping students reach their full potential
